For the the last 2 years FMF operated a residential food waste collection service in Chicago. We primarily worked with Black, POC, Queer, Trans, and other commonly disenfranchised folks to build a connection with their waste. In April 2024 the route will sunset to allow the worm castings, teas, and worm breedings focused expansion. We will continue to engage the community through creative means of composting in their home and low to no cost worm castings.
